As of September 2018, some of the regulations have been changed. The Republic of Turkey grants now the citizenship to foreigners who purchase a real estate in Turkey in a value of at least $250,000 instead of previous $1 million.
Title Deed -TAPU
Tapu is the name of the title deed in Turkish, which is a legal document showing that you own all rights to the property. The owner’s full name, photograph and detailed information on the assets are shown in this document.
Foreign nationals that wish to enter Turkey must have a visa ( 30, 60 or 90 days ) or visa exemption. Foreigners that wish to stay longer ( usually 1 year ) must apply for a residence permit in Turkey.
